In line with the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020), all teachers and head teachers must complete a minimum of 50 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) annually. This initiative promotes professional growth tailored to individual interests and needs.

According to CBSE Bye-laws, schools must ensure their teaching staff completes this training, with 25 hours through CBSE Centres of Excellence and 25 hours organized by the school.
